Yo Yo Honey Singh, who made his first small screen appearance as a mentor for singing reality show India’s Raw Star, will not be a part of its next season reportedly. In the first season as well, Honey had left the show halfway because of medical necessity. At that time Himesh Reshammiya had replaced him but this time according to rumors “Arijit Singh” will be the new mentor for contestants in the show.

Honey Singh wants to concentrate on his health at the moment and hence he is not taking up this show. The singer-rapper has been suffering from bipolar disorder, in an interview with the Times of India the singer-composer said he had shut himself from the real world and kept only to his room. It seems that he has not recovered completely as yet.

The news hasn’t been confirmed as of now, but if it turns out to be true the TRP of the show is expected to set records because of Arijit Singh. It would be interesting to see the singing sensation, who himself started his career as a contestant of a reality show, guiding the growing talents on the second season of India’s Raw Star.
