Lazarus – The artist of the year
We at DesiHipHop.com try our best to make sure that an artist get the deserving recognition. Not everyday you com across an artist so talented, that he is recognized by your favorite rappers. Lazarus is a name that should be familiar with every desi artist.
Lazarus has been grinding it out for quite a while and making some dope music. Last we heard from him was on a track with one quarter of the Hip Hop supergroup, Slaughterhouse‘s very own Royce da 5’9″ on a track called, “UNDERDOG“. Lazarus has been involved in the Detroit Hip Hop scene since a long time and has made an impact. Other than being a rapper he is also a doctor, I guess that is why he has been healing hip-hop.
Lazarus has recently been selected for the ‘Artist of the Year’ award which will be presented by Redman . These awards are the Underground Music Awards. Jadakiss and DJ Premier will also be presenting.
