Jay-Z’s Roc Nation has launched a new sports management company, Roc Nation Sports, and signed New York Yankees all-star second baseman Robinson Canó as their first client. The company launch willbe a partnership with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) with Roc Nation Sports being its own company after the opening.

Jay-Z has said,

Because of my love of sports, it was a natural progression to form a company where we can help top athletes in various sports the same way we have been helping artists in the music industry for years.
