“First Blood” is the fourth event that was organized by Spit Dope INC. The cypher was organised in Kunzum Travel Cafe, Hauz Khas, New Delhi which is the hot spot for thriving independent music.

A lot of New Delhi underground rappers were present and a few decided to put down a cypher. It was just not just the capital’s resident emcees but people from from cities such as Mumbai & Bhopal were also present.

This cypher features Encore, Prabh Deep, Krazy CLIP, AP and Youngsta Ash. Each emmcee had a good verse and went in ham. We have to props to initiatives such as Introduce Yourself and Spit Dope INC for putting skills back into focus with that sais both of these initiatives have a long way to go. Hip Hop was about street culture prior to going mainstream and it is awesome to see that the new school believes in such fundamentals.
