Nicki Minaj has been consistently dropping tracks including collaborations with music videos this year. Till now, she has annihilated the Billboard with her drops and collaborations. She is perhaps the most successful female rapper with 71 billboard “Hot 100” entries and 13 Top 10 Billboard hits. Her beef with Remy Ma this year sparked Nicki Minaj to drop three new tracks which performed really well at the charts in different countries considering they were all aimed at Remy Ma. Nicki Minaj’s recent single “Regret In Your Tears” peaked at 61 at the US Billboard’s “Top 100”.
With Nicki throwing not so subtle shots at Remy Ma, her supposedly diss track “No Frauds” featured Lil Wayne and Drake peaked at 14 and the music video was released in the mid April. The video has already crossed over 19 million views. “No Frauds”debuted at number 14 on the US Billboard Hot 100 dropped to number 84 on its second week and climbed to number 75 in its third week.
Nicki Minaj has been slaying her collaborations as well. Her newest collaboration features Lil Wayne on David Guetta‘s track “Light My Body Up“. Nicki Minaj last dropped an album in 2014, “The Pinkprint” which certified 2× Platinum in America and is working on her fourth solo studio album and has included the three singles she dropped earlier this year. “Changed It“, “No Frauds” and “Regret In Your Tears” are included in her next album.
