Shamsher Khan who named himself Major EsKay (Reporting Live On The Mic) is a Rawalpindi, Pakistan-based artist from Peshawar. He is a music producer and rapper who is going to be an Engineer very soon. Shamsher claims that music has been there in his blood so spitting rhymes is not his talent but a skill that he was born with.
Shamsher is here with a new single, ‘All The Way Up‘ which a remix of Fat Joe and Remy M.A.‘s record-breaking single that was released with the same name originally.
I’ve not seen these much of remixes in the underground scene. Every rapper has felt the connection with this brilliant instrumental that was originally produced by Cool & Dre and Edsclusive for Fat Joe & Remy Ma’s collaborative album ‘Plata o’ Plomo‘ which is coming out in the February of 2017. Sikander Kahlon, Youngsta, Ali Kaz & many other artists have demonstrated their skills on their respective remixes.
Major EsKay heard this track & instantly decided to do a remix of the original version as the beat sounded appealing to him. The number of views that his version has received is on the lower end but whatever he spat on the mic is worth the appreciation. He used explicit rhymes & content to keep it raw & organic but didn’t change the original hook that Fat Joe recorded himself. This is the same thing that Ali Kaz did on his version.
He wrote, recorded, mixed and mastered everything all by himself & no other hands were used. Artists like him deserve recognition and we hope that he improves his skills even more to achieve his desired goals.
