Logic Announces New album ‘AfricAryaN’

Young Sinatra’s new album will be called AfricAryaN. He went on Dan Harmon’s podcast on Sunday (Oct. 2) and discussed various things, including racial issues and the meaning behind the new project title. Logic promised that his next album will be a concept album and which he describes is “based on the fact that humanity stemmed from Africa and has to do with humans going from black to white.

The concept without doubt is pretty sick, but similar concept albums have been done by Nas and Damian Marley’s project Distant Relatives. AfricAryaN is slated to drop in 2017.

Comics and Hip-Hop have always gone hand in hand and Marvel took this a step further by unveiling a couple of new hip-hop variant covers, and one of them is a play on Logic’s last album, “The Incredible True Story“. The series also flips album covers like Pusha T’s Darkest Before Dawn and Tech N9ne’s Sickology 101 as well as ’90s classics like De La Soul’s De La Soul Is Dead and Cypress Hill’s Cypress Hill IV.

Logic also appeared on a track with Big Gigantic recently. He raps, “What the fuck would I stay for/Why the fuck would I pay for her/Stunting is just gonna kill me/Nikki, I’m still me but I’m just better/It’s been six months since we touched last/But I grow fast with this letter/And I swear to God that I’m better.
