Kendrick Lamar Drops The Video Of “DNA.”

Kendrick Lamar just dropped his album ‘DAMN‘ and his fans are going bonkers over it. He dropped a video for “HUMBLE” just a few days ago and now he has dropped visuals for “DNA.”. It is directed by Nabil and the Little Homies. The video also features actor Don Cheadle who he kicks off the video by interrogating Kendrick. “Kendrick Lamar, two first names, huh!” he says. “What the f*ck is up with that?” He then proceeds to lip-sync the song, switching off with Kendrick.

The video also features a new outro which is not on the album’s version of the song. Kendrick’s homie and label-mate ScHoolboy Q walks towards the camera and punches it out.

The first half of this music video is an all-out flex from Kendrick Lamar. The beat switches up in the second half and the joyride begins. Funeral processions, shadowboxing, and Kendrick shaking dice. It’s a roller coaster and is exactly like the song.

Along with “DNA.”, the album also includes the songs “HUMBLE” and “FEAR”. Album also features appearances from Rihanna, U2 and the recently unmasked producer Bekon. This album marks Kendrick’s first proper album since the release of “To Pimp a Butterfly” in 2015. Last year saw the rapper put out “Untitled Unmastered“, a collection of demos and outtakes from the TPAB Sessions.
