Ali Kazmi is known for his ground shaking drops in the underground. More popularly known as Ali Kaz in the desi music scene, his style of spitting in Punjabi is atypical. His tracks like ‘Fauj Da Jawan‘, ‘Karna Hai Pyar‘ & others are already well favoured in the underground. Ali’s single ‘Sher‘ was played as the entrance music for WWE superstar, Jinder Mahal.
Kaz is back again with a release for his fans and supporters & the track is called ‘All Da Way Up‘.
Ali’s new release was highly anticipated by his fans & because of his renowned status in the rap scene. He decided to remix Fat Joe‘s famous single ‘All Da Way Up‘ in his style. It’s not the first time someone has decided to remix this amazing track. Sikander Kahlon & Sady ‘Immortal’ Singh dropped their remix almost 3 months ago followed by another remix that was done by Youngsta. But trust me, this one is different. Here’s how.
Ali Kaz’ remix features Fat Joe’s vocals on the hook section which is the same as it was in the original sound track. But, he decided to change all of the original verses by recording himself over the instrumental to give it an essence of a proper remix with some originality & some improvisation. No ‘Punjabi Remix‘ is complete without Tumbi or Dhol being played in it. Right? Kaz added Dhol to his remix which gave it a North Indian touch. He went hard on the people who hates him by spitting lines like “Yaaran de roop ch main gaddaaran nu pehchaanda” & others.
Sound programming was handed over to Abdullah Malik who is also known as Rap Demon. The way he has given a new life to the whole project is definitely worth an appreciation. This remix features ‘A Rahul Beniwal Piece‘ which is typographical video created by Rahul Beniwal who is famous for working with famous names like Hard Kaur, Badshah & many more . I mean, what do you expect from a project that features all of these famous names? I expected it to be a banger and trust me, Ali didn’t disappoint.
